Update regarding our chat moderators:
Our contract with the company that provided us with moderation services has come to an end, as you may know we're currently working on a rebranding and there is not much happening right now. Because of this, we decided that there is no point of having that many chat moderators for now, this might ofc change due to rebranding release.
We thought that @GregoryM88 would be enough for moderating both TG and DC solo, however due to amount of spam, questions and Greg's involvement in product side of the protocol, it's just to much work for one human being, thanks again Greg, greatly appreciated.
With both news in mind, we will ask you guys to reach us out. If any of you thinks that you have a deep knowledge about the protocol, and would like to become a part of Community support, please reach out to @GregoryM88 for more info, we will be happy to grant you the rank so more advanced users can help the others.
For now we are not offering any benefits apart from the granted rank, but for sure people willing to help won't go unnoticed.
