Hello guys, UPDATE FROM OUR DISCORD SERVER Team is solving an issue that one of the coverage pools experienced during migration--it is not critical or serious. All policies and liquidity has been moved over to v2. After the last pool is fixed, we will do a final round of testing and should be finished. The NFTs from v1 could not be ported over because the gas fees were well over $1m to do so. NFTs still exist in v2 and they represent a staked amount of USDT in any given pool. People will all have their USDT showing in their accounts, but they will be unstaked. If USDT is unstaked, it only earns USDT rewards and does not earn BMI rewards. We looked at every possible method of trying to stake everyone's NFTs, all of which are so expensive that it is just impossible for us to do. The way we did our v2 migration made it so that the community collectively saved a couple hundred thousand dollars in gas fees (we paid the gas instead of each of you individually paying the gas fees.) The only thing left for users to do is to re-mint v2 NFTs by staking their USDT. Alternatively they can request a withdraw instead. For the users that had pending withdraws, they will be refunded the ETH it took to submit their original request.

All, a migration update: Slowly moving forward Another day in, we're making progress, but still encounter problems with the migration script. We're migrating all the liquidity, all the policies, and all the staking, it's not a trivial effort. Our goal is to provide users with a seamless transition experience, we want to make the platform ready for you at once. We will again continue into the night today. If we succeed throughout the night, we'll use Sunday to test the migration and see whether everything migrated correctly. In the most optimistic scenario from the timing perspective, we might be ready in the evening hours of Sunday, but if that's the case we'll still push the launch to Monday. This is because: 1. We want the dev team to get some sleep prior to launch so that they are ready for support just in case (we're being extra careful here, we don't anticipate any problems as V2 was tested very intensively) 2. Sunday evening is a bad time to launch from the marketing perspective. All this means launch will take place after the weekend. Thank you very much for your patience and support. V2 is there ready for you, it's tested and working, we just need to make it ready ✌️ All hail BMI knights! 🏰

BMI Community, A migration update: it's on-going. We're already 10+ hours in today, and we will continue well into the night. We estimate the migration will conclude at around 2 am EST (please take this with a grain of salt - we are taking it step by step). After the migration is done, the European part of the BMI team (we are a trans-continental force mind you) is set to run final checks and tests - to verify whether the migration was in fact a success. It's a massive task and we are careful with it (as pointed above, 18k lines of code). Security is top priority. After that is done, we will be ready to open up the platform and go live ⚡️ Assuming everything goes smoothly, the platform opens tomorrow, Saturday 22th of January. Hey everyone, Our team is in the process of migration from v1 to v2. it's a very lengthy process, we have been at it for about 10 hours today but the team needs a break. We are going get some rest and resume the migration in 6 to 8 hours. As a reminder, our protocol is comprised of over 18,000 lines of codes and dozens of smart contracts. We are one of the largest DeFi protocols in existence by size, which means our migration is not an easy task. A big thank you to our outstanding and committed developers and project manager who are doing all of the heavy lifting today.
